Then, when I received my order (quickly, and a quality item to boot), it turns out I'd ordered the wrong size (it was a gift). Again, Customer service was super helpful in getting everything sorted out. Overall a fantastic experience!

I love my 3 initial monogram silver ring! It is even better than I expected. Local silver shop sells what appears to be the same ring for 2 times the cost. I get lots of compliments ! Great service !
