It took over 3 months for me to receive my correct order. My shipment was "lost in the mail" twice and I also received a wrong order at one point.

I am very pleased with my necklace. Initially I had an issue with my order because of a mistake I made and the customer service was excellent!!! They were kind and understanding and sent me my beautiful necklace in a timely manner. I highly recommend this company.

Good quality, super cute, fast shipment. The only problem I have with this bracelet is the jump ring is a small, oval not round. It's almost immpossible to close by yourself & even hard for someone else do do for you.
